Oro Gold Cosmetics will only cover return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

In any case whereby a product is defective or damaged please email info@oro-gold.co.uk detailing the issue.

Oro Gold Cosmetics only accepts authorised returns. Any returns that are unauthorised will not be covered by Oro Gold Cosmetics and you will be required to organise and pay for the return of the goods to Head Office.
